Based on everything we’ve learnt during the migration planning process, we believe this project has the potential to become much more than a successful migration.
Rather than maximising our upfront project fee, we’d like to offer a commercial model that aligns our success with yours.
This is a partnership we only offer where we genuinely believe we can create significant long-term value.
Your organic search is worth roughly £696,000 a year — an average of £58,000 every month across the last 6 months. That monthly average is your baseline.
In a highly regulated market where paid acquisition is limited, organic search is one of your most valuable commercial assets.
Our goal isn’t simply to preserve this revenue during migration. It’s to grow it — and share in that growth.
If we don’t grow your organic revenue beyond your baseline, we don’t share in anything. No growth, no fee — the whole model only works if we make you money.
Rather than charging separately for the pieces most likely to grow revenue, we fold them into the deal — and share in the growth they create.
| Annual organic revenue | Growth above baseline | Searchflex share (10%) |

Illustrative annual figures against your £696,000 baseline — measured monthly in practice, so our stake grows as your organic does.Share charged on realised organic revenue above the 6-month baseline. All fees exclude VAT.
We’re reducing the migration fee because we believe we’ll create more value over the long term.
We’re rewarded for commercial growth — not simply completing deliverables.
Every improvement we make benefits both of us.
We’re invested in building the UK’s leading vaping ecommerce business — not simply delivering another migration.
We don’t offer this commercial model to everyone. We only recommend it when:
Baseline = the trailing 6-month average of organic revenue, measured monthly via the GA4 organic channel; the 10% share applies to realised organic revenue above that baseline for 24 months. The final commercial agreement will confirm the baseline figure, measurement methodology, reporting source and review cadence. The principle is simple; the detailed mechanics are documented separately in the contract.
